The site has a movie player on the front page now that will be playing an introduction to Jamacast. Following this intro will be all of the banners for the various musicians on Jamacast who's booking status is in the available mode. These banners will show for about 10 to 15 seconds. If you are a Band and would like to have your media kit show on this movie player, just sign up on the site as a musician and email your media kit to jamacast@jamacast.com. This media kit placement will cost $15 for a one month play duration, and can be no longer than two minutes in length.
The Jamacast On Location filming of various random musicians will also be featured on this movie player. I will put up the times of these film events on the event calendar. These events will show anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours in length. I have three places already lined up, just have to work out the video equipment and software. Since these films will showcase these bands original music, they will not be able to be streamed. I will have to do some quick minor editing prior to releasing them to the site. These shows will be on the player for a full week and then the next show will replace them as we go.
If there are any advertisers who want to have their media kits on this movie player, I can accomodate this between a series of the banner ads and various on location film views. The cost for an advertisement media play is $150 for three months, if you decide to continue for the next nine months it will cost $360. If you just want it on a per monthly basis it will cost $60 per month. These Advertiser media kits can be no longer than three minutes in length.

For those of you who do not know me I am the admin for Jamacast, I am also IGTB. When I am online as MADMAX I am usually busy doing updates and changes for the site. When I am logged in as IGTB I am ready for playing around and doing the music thing. Yeah I know, I have a split personality ha ha. I made some changes for the site player. We are going to just have Jamacast On Location Movie players in their own designated areas. I am Also developing the Player profile area to play random users as well as having the ability to select users and play their playlists. This player will also host some advertisers plugs so that maybe this site can generate some income for our AOIM Memebers and other production efforts, but mainly it will be for displaying our users music.
